Innovation at Celem Today

A key factor influencing its move to the Hebrew University technology park was Celem’s establishment of an active R&D group that develops new technology for capacitors and related products. The company’s R&D activities focus on further improving capacitor reliability and performance while reducing size and cost.

Following the well established high frequency line, Celem expanded its products to medium-frequency and instituted production process improvements which resulted in better price/performance ratios and improved quality.

Recently Celem has introduced a new patented product line – the C-Cap. Using out-of-the-box thinking ,our scientists have developed a new capacitor that has twice the power density, with no hot-spots and no magnetic losses.

Celem holds over 30 patents in various areas of capacitor-related technology.
